Hello, I'm Andrew Trotman, LMT.  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Owner of Zen MT. 

I have been a Licensed Massage therapist (LMT) and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for almost 10 years.  Hands-on bodywork is my passion and I believe my gift.

I believe in the power of massage therapy and bodywork as a healing art and in all the proven health benefits it provides as post injury therapy and preventative medicine. (Please see the Benefits of Massage link here on my website.)

My passion and reason for starting my practice is in helping Individuals suffering for years or any significant amount of time with chronic pain and injuries to Get Their Lives Back.  Being able to manage One's pain can be incredibly liberating.  And Not relying on painkillers or surgery-- when possible, but only relying on Hands on bodywork, corrective exercises and the body's natural ability and desire to Heal Itself. 

At Zen MT we believe we can help Your body do that.  Massage Therapy is a component of Preventative Medicine.  Massage Therapy is component of Rehabilitative Medicine.  Massage Therapy can be a part of your Wellness Program.  Massage Therapy can be a part of your Maintenance Program.

In my personal life I'm married to my wife and better half for 5 years and I am the Father to our 4 year old son, who is my World .  In my spare time I'm an avid NY Sports Fan and love watching comic book movies!
