CUSTOMIZED ZEN and ZEN AT HOME is our unique multi- modality approach to our clients' massage treatment.  Following our discussion and your consultation, specific forms of massage and body work will be chosen specifically for YOUR NEEDS + GOALS.  Therapeutic techniques include Deep Tissue, Swedish, Acupressure/Shiatsu (performed in loose fitting clothing on traditional floor mat), Bamboo, and Cupping. 

The ZEN AT HOME- EXPERIENCE includes us bringing the therapeutic environment into the comfort of your own living space/home.

This would include us creating an "Ambiance For Healing".  We provide our professional massage table or floor mat, hypo-allergenic massage creme, sheets, music and speakers, essential oils (aromatherapy) and (no flame) tea light candles.

 All provided with your continued healing in mind.  (Please note any of the above mentioned accessories can be excluded  from your treatment at your request.)

All treatments will conclude with discussion and recommendations for continuing with your Plan of Care + GOALS.  And how best to begin to or further continue with your Wellness or Pain Management Plan and where massage or bodywork can assist with this.
